Supply Chain Executive

Requirements:

• Degree in any business studies / Supply Chain Management
• Fresh graduate or 1 – 2 years' experience in supply chain / automotive industry
• Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Candidate with the ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good in Mathematics, analysis skills, soft skills and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure

Detailed Job Duties:

• Monitor daily / weekly / monthly delivery requirements from the customers
• Liaise with customers to identify their needs and orders on monthly basis
• To monitor the stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock on hands
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on prices, delivery schedules, etc.
• Prepare and work out the quotation based on the standard scheme
• Maintain good business relationship with customers
• Resolve quality issues together with the quality control team
• Support ad hoc request from customers and superiors as and when required
