TThe Corporate Logistics and Audit Department (CLAD) plays a pivotal role in strengthening internal control, risk management, and business compliance across the organization. As stewards of integrity and accountability, our team works closely with internal stakeholders to safeguard company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities and Functions:

  1. Internal Control Frameworks and Policies
    • We design, implement, and maintain robust internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  2. Risk Assessments and Reviews
    • Through regular risk assessments, we proactively identify and address areas of potential risk, fraud, or non-compliance that may impact the business.
  3. Internal Audits and Control Testing
    • CLAD conducts systematic audits and control testing to validate the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial and operational data. Audit findings and recommendations are formally reported to management and stakeholders for action.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration and Corrective Action Plans
    • We partner with departmental managers and process owners to address internal control weaknesses. Our collaborative approach facilitates the timely implementation of corrective actions and strengthens risk mitigation measures.
  5. Training and Capacity Building
    • CLAD organizes internal control training sessions to promote awareness of policies, procedures, and best practices. We aim to embed a culture of ethical conduct and accountability throughout the organization.
  6. Investigations and Compliance Monitoring
    • When irregularities or suspected misconduct arise, we lead impartial investigations. We also perform compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.
  7. Liaison with Internal and External Auditors/Regulators
    • We act as the key point of contact during internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, ensuring transparency and cooperation with auditors and government authorities.
  8. Advisory and SAP System Support
    • CLAD provides advisory support on business compliance matters and regulatory interpretations. We also offer SAP system operation guidance to promote effective and compliant system usage.
