This department provides overall human resource activities and administration for the realization of effective business operation in TTMSB bases on Toyota Tsusho Group’s values.
The business assignment of HRD covering the aspects of organization and human resources management, as follows:
Facilitate company activities to efficiently achieve corporate objectives with effective utilization of limited corporate management resources, clarify job employee authority and responsibility;
Facilitate establishment and implementation of company policies, procedures, rules & regulations relating to employment;
Manage talent management including recruitment and employee retention;
Administer HR system, performance management, promotion/upgrading of employee;
Administer compensation and benefits system, reward and employees welfare including disciplinary;
Support employees’ upskilling, training and development need;
Support and maintain healthy work culture;
Provide and promote a safe working environment by cultivating and engaging positive employer-employee relationships.
